KLASP is committed to providing a high-quality, hands-on learning experience for students, integrating ceramic analysis with essential archaeological skills. Students receive training in pottery recording, finds drawing, photography, and archival work, alongside more formal lectures on topics like the history of Crete.

We focus on small group settings, allowing for personalized instruction and balanced time between research and teaching. In addition to on-site work at Knossos, we organize guided trips to local archaeological sites, such as the Palace of Knossos and the Heraklion Museum, as well as visits to other locations around Crete. These immersive experiences are designed to enrich students' understanding and broaden their perspectives.
